Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) has a diverse network of exceptional healthcare professionals who help ensure our members have uninterrupted access to the healthcare they need.

If you are not currently contracted with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for Ohio Medicaid, you’ll need to contract with us. Please also note, if you are currently contracted with Paramount for Ohio Medicaid and are looking to continue servicing your members, you will need a new contract with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for Ohio Medicaid. Eligible providers interested in participating with Anthem for Ohio Medicaid Managed Care (OMMC) must be enrolled and credentialed through the state and have an active Ohio Medicaid number prior to contracting for this network. Providers can create an Ohio Identification (OH|ID) account through the state's login system at any time. Once an account has been created, providers can securely access Medicaid's enterprise systems.
