Welcome, providers!

Effective January 1, 2025, we will no longer participate in Medicaid for Kentucky. We will continue to be responsible for proper and timely adjudication of all claims for services rendered to its enrollees until 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2024. We are also responsible for the entirety of all inpatient stays that begin on or before December 31, 2024, and continue past that date.

For services provided January 1, 2025, and later, review the member’s ID card for the current health plan assignment.

Ensure our members are equipped to renew their Medicaid benefits

Help our members prepare to renew their Medicaid healthcare coverage and benefits by educating them on what documents are needed to ensure their renewal form is completed accurately. Members can submit their renewal form via web (preferred), phone, fax, mail, or in person.
